He has worked in various capacities in Cadbury, Marico Industries and CEAT.

Mr. Shashank Gupta, our Chief Financial Officer, brings to the table a wealth of experience with a career spanning 18 years in the realm of finance and accounts. His expertise extends across financial planning and analysis, corporate finance & strategy, fund raising, and comprehensive risk management. As a distinguished Chartered Accountant his strategic acumen and astute financial insights will contribute significantly to the organization's financial stability and growth. Over the years he has played a leadership role across multiple organizations including various companies of Vedanta Group such as Sterlite technologies limited, Sterlite power transmission limited, Avanstrate Japan.

Dr. Sanjay Charati has 30 years of Global Technology Development and Management experience at prominent multinationals such as DuPont Air Liquide, GE Plastics, and Solvay while working across USA, India, and France. In his most recent job, he was the Global Director, Research and Technology at Solvay Engineering Plastics in Lyon, France. In his role, he led multinational teams of Research Scientists and Engineers spread across 3 continents and 6 countries, namely France, Poland, Brazil, Korea, China, and India. Dr. Charati completed his MSc in Polymers from Solapur in 1986, Dr. Charati joined NCL Pune and received his Ph.D. in Chemistry (Polymers) from Pune University in 1991 in the area of Polymer-based Membranes for Gas Separation. After his Ph.D., Dr. Charati received the Postdoctoral Research Fellowship from the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at Syracuse University, USA.

A Post Graduate Engineer with Management qualification; Mr Vivek has over 30 years of experience in various areas of Operations & Business Management. He has strong experience & passion of driving manufacturing excellence through TPM, Six Sigma, MOST & Lean Manufacturing leading to turn around of the Plants. Has managed multiple projects of Setting up New Products, Manufacturing Lines & Plants. With strong focus on Customer, he believes on building alignment & strong capable Team for seamless execution & continuous improvement. He is VLFM graduate (Manufacturing leadership program of NMCC, CII & JAICA) & has been trained on EQFM Model of Business Excellence at Schneider France. He has served as a member of Academic Council & Board of Studies at Symbiosis University. He has worked with L&T, Schneider Electric, Gabriel, AVTEC & Jaya hind Industries in various capacities.

An engineer from IIT Mumbai, Mr. Mishra is a certified practitioner of Hogan, NLP, Balanced Score Card and many more people development tools. He serves as the mainstay in developing the company’s human capital to enhance overall organizational effectiveness to deliver strategic priorities of the business. An avid reader and adventure sports lover, he is a guest faculty at various business schools and has also authored various articles in leading HR magazines. Mr. Mishra has worked in various roles in Tata Power, Suzlon Energy and Matix Fertilisers.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University and post-graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune, Mr. Tiru Kulkarni has over two decades of extensive understanding of the global geo synthetic industry and brings forth robust experience in project management, turnkey solutions along with P&L focus.
A Board Member of IGS (India) chapter, he has authored various technical papers in national and international fora. His ambition is to make Garware the preferred partner for niche geo-synthetic applications globally. He has worked in various capacities in L&T and Maccaferri Group.
