Garware TRM-350 of monofilament that consists of a dense web of crimped, interlocking, multi-lobed polypropylene fibers positioned between two biaxially oriented nets and mechanically bound together by parallel stitching with polypropylene thread. The TRM is designed to accelerate seedling emergence, exhibit high resiliency, and possess strength and elongation properties to limit stretching in a saturated condition. Every component of TRM–350 is stabilized against chemical and ultraviolet degradation which are normally found in a natural soil environment. TRM-350 contains no biodegradable components.

It is a photo degradable machine made erosion control mat made from long term double net and 100% coconut fibre blanket having functional longevity of upto 36 months. The blanket has a consistent thickness with the coconut fibre evenly distributed over the entire area of the mat. The coir blanket is covered on the top and bottom sides with a thin but strong photodegradable polypropylene netting of suitable mesh opening having ultraviolet additives to delay degradation. The mat is sewn together at 5cm centres with degradable polypropylene thread.
