V5 - Woven Shade

Introducing the V5 Woven Shade - the first of its kind 100% HDPE woven shade netting brought to you by Garware. Our woven shade is made using technically superior yarn, woven on state-of-the-art machines, and recommended for both commercial crop cultivation and nursery applications.

Our V5 Woven Shade provides a uniform shade factor across the entire shade house, helping to achieve uniform crop growth, better flowering, and fruiting in vegetables. With the ability to control sunlight, temperature, and humidity, our woven shade reduces the coefficient of variation in temperature and humidity, resulting in uniform growth, higher yield, better quality fruit, and faster hardening.

Our woven shade is made from HDPE V5 monofilament in a V5 X mono type, available in seven different shade factors ranging from 40% to 95%. The length of the net can be customized to meet your specific requirements, while the width can be made without joint up to 5.2 meters or with joint in any width.

Choose from two different colors - black or green - and rest assured that our woven shade netting is UV stabilized for long-lasting use. In addition to our V5 Woven Shade, we also offer a range of related products, including knitted monofilament and V5 knitted shade.
